I tested this out a bit. I created a blank BWS Guide and added sections one at a time. I was able to add every section without a crash except for the "Example uses" section. For those who may be having the same problem you may be able to use the BWS until the issue is resolved by creating a "My BWS" without the "example use" section.
This has been reported and development is looking into it.

We're still looking into this problem, but this is a good workaround. Todd's crash occurs in the Hebrew Prepositions section, so a custom guide without that section could also be useful.
This will be fixed in the next beta.
This is a known issue that occurs on a handful of words in the OT and NT. It will be fixed when we rebuild and release new grammatical relationship resources; we are currently working on them right now.
