Rpat, I posted this as a PB in "Files" a while back. It's from the debates and shows what it took to arrive at the final statement. There's an exhaustive version at Westminster Books for $1000. Hopefully Logos will make it available. https://community.logos.com/forums/t/98324.aspx

Hi Dave,

Is your pb the same as this ?   http://www.naphtali.com/2014/10/17/grand-debate/

@ Rpat,  This is the link for the original PDF that I converted https://archive.org/details/minutesofsession00west

I haven't read too much of it but stumbled across it when searching for the full record of the debates. I was impressed at what they went through for 10+ grueling years, even calling fasts to humble themselves and tone things down a bit. It might be a part of what you are looking for.

To clear up the confusion:

The pb is of Minutes of the Sessions of the Westminster Assembly of Divines which is currently available on Community Pricing as part of Select Works on the Westminster Assembly.

The original book that rpat requested and then linked to is The Westminster Assembly's Grand Debate, published in 2014 by Naphtali Press, Introduction & Analysis by Rowland S. Ward. Edited by Chris Coldwell

It would be great to have this and other works by Naphtali Press available in Logos. Their carefully edited publications (no mere re-prints) have received commendations from the likes of R. Scott Clark, Mark Jones, James T. Dennison and Richard B. Gaffin (see commendations of their 2 most recent publications).

Naphtali Press also publish the Confessional Presbyterian Journal which it would be great to have in one of the new Logos journal collections.
