This question may have been asked many times before, perhaps even by me. If so I apologize for the redundancy, but how do we find other groups that perhaps we my want to join, to study with?

You would type in the search bar for a group or topic.  Now, that is not exactly how the site is intended to work, but there are active groups out there.  For study I would go with the Community Study Bible group.

Hi, you could find relevant groups on Facebook and other social networks, where you can discuss the Bible with others.
