When attempting to watch the any of DeSilva video's (I tried them all) above I got the browser...waiting... and I never waited long enough, (nearly 2 minutes) with a really fast internet connection. And finally, as I was posting this (thinking they were broken links), it started.  So the links apparently aren't broken, they are just super slow.

But I have to say, there are some excellent media resources in this collection :-), any suggestions on how to speed this up?

I've just tried the Ephesus one and it started up in under five seconds

So probably need to explore this a bit further

Do you have any network issues at all? Are you running on Windows or Mac?

Adding to Graham's advice: maybe a Firewall/Antivirus issue? Fwiw, the videos start immediately for me (don't run well later, either due to internet bandwith or my insufficient graphics card).

Not that I know of, I am running Windows. I don't have trouble running any other video content like, DIY or Mobile Ed etc.

I use ESET NOD32 for antivirus. Any idea on troubleshooting to see if there is an issue there?

Sorry, no.

If not someone comes by with an idea, maybe a good way to go is call customer support and have someone from the technical team connect to your machine from remote.

Is this still a problem, James? I see you've contacted us a few times but neither time was about the issue this thread is concerned with.

Well, a few years back I had difficulty playing mobile ed videos and was told by tech support that I was required to use Internet Explorer in order for them to work. So I was forced to set IE as my default browser (YUCKY) although I preferred Chrome for everything else.  Then after seeing that others had got these videos from the media browser to play quickly in Chrome, I switched my default browser to Chrome and now they work!!! And so IE might as well have ceased to exist in my opinion:-)
