[resolved] Must sign in each time I open the app (Mac)

Mac user

I've tried the steps in the screen shot below but still have to sign in each time I open the app. ??

Sorry, screen shot didn't work...

Here's what the website says https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/sign-in-problem

Solution:

  1. Quit Logos if it is already open.
  2. Open Finder to the Applications folder.
  3. Navigate to Utilities.
  4. Open Terminal.
  5. Enter the following commands, one at a time, exactly as they appear below:

chmod 755 ~/.config
chmod 755 ~/.config/.mono
chmod 700 ~/.config/.mono/keypairs

If they are entered correctly, they likely will not return any message or response. Open Logos and sign in. It shouldn't prompt you again next time.

What version of Logos?

If Logos 5 any reason you can't update to Logos 6 (for free).

Not clearing passwords. Logos is only app doing this.

Sorry, screen shot didn't work...

Unless you have changed the defaults, the standard mac commands (command-shift-3 OR 4) will produce a .png which will work. JPG's will also work. Make sure to use the paperclip icon to attach the image, rather than copy/paste or dragging.

Have you restarted your mac? What specific version of the app are you using?

You may need to provide logs. See my signature line.

Could it be because of network connection problems? If I fire up logos someplace where there isnt wifi a credential prompt is likely on your computer..
