It seems that Beta 6 is much faster than 5. Am I imagining that?

For me, Beta 5 was consistently 12 seconds to music... Beta 6 is 17 seconds to music.

Well it is faster to me, since Beta 5 was impossibly slow. Whatever was flogging the CPU in Beta 5 is not doing so in Beta 6. Right click menu opening seems about the same as the 4.0a program. Double clicking seems to get a similar response. Cited By and the Information panel still lag a good bit as they do in 4.0a.

So for me its faster, but I was dead in the water in Beta 5.

I share some of that, but there are some frustrations with hover response. The Logos4 log shows much less spurious activity eg. less repeated searching of collections. So it appears that Parallel Resources is more efficient.

One major choke point for my (lately) is the morph-drop-down menus...after putting in the @ and clicking any word type..then Logos would freeze, and then after clicking another selection, freeze again....heaven help me if I clicked a wrong morph term...I'd have to sit through 20 seconds of freeze to correct it...

Also, I noticed in B5, we are back to the spinning pizza when selecting the resource to search, while Logos populates the drop down list.

How are these two areas for you in B6?

The Morph drop down is OK, but the resource picker in Bible and Morph search can be very frustrating!
