Why are the forums so quiet these days?

Is everyone on holidays or did the Korean spam turn people away?

Perhaps both.

“I want you to know how the people should behave in the house of God, which is the Church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.” - 1 Timothy 3:15 (EOB:NT).

That is what I'm thinking. Since the recent spam began showing up, there seems to be a decline in real forum activity.

Would you eat it?

My thanks to the various MVPs. Without them Logos would have died early. They were the only real help available.

It appears to me that everyone at Faithlife is on vacation too. Every time I check the shipping soon Pre-pub list it gets shorter and shorter. By the end of the week it won't exist.

I didn't realize that Korea even sold spam. I like the icon in the bottom left corner with the satisfied "Ah". Smile

Not only is Spam sold in Korea, it is considered a treat. I remember going to a large mall in the business district where one store had the product in gift boxes. Google "spam in Korea" for more info.

I am not a super SPAM fan, PREM always seemed to be the better mystery meat. Although back in April a supermarket I frequent had "Holiday Meat" on sale for 88¢ a can and i bought 2... they were decent but not a treat in my mind. The thought that some places consider them a treat (as the name of the above implies, is just weird).

I used to live in Saipan, which had a large Korean population. Spam was huge there. Entire aisles of the grocery store were just Spam. There were big contests to go to Minnesota and tour the spam factory. McDonalds had a Spam, Eggs & Rice meal at breakfast.
