Positioning problem with Bible Outline Browser

As shown in the screencast http://screencast.com/t/btn1d7TSoov at the Bible Outline Browser doesn't position itself correctly to the requested passage

And for navigation purposes it would be helpful if there were a vertical scroll bar included in the tool.

Any thoughts on this?

I think I'm experiencing the same problem.

I wanted to see how the browser worked.  I created a link set between my ESV and the BOB. I navigated to Ge 1:1 in the ESV and in the BOB. I then tried to scroll through the ESV. The BOB stayed at Ge 1:1. I keyed in Ge 2:1 in the BOB. It took about 10 sec for it to move to that reference. Something is definitely amiss.

I'm on a Mac with Yosemite 10.10.4.
