Today I was doing a basis search for ἂν in Plato's Protagoras (Perseus - Euthydemus, Protagoras, Gorgias, Meno (Greek)).

Logos tells me there are 206 hits, but it doesn't give me a list. How can I see all of them?

Try Morph Search.  Screen shot shows right click => lemma => Morph:ἄν
