It looks like a video upload failed to properly transcode but still got into our server db. We've flushed this media out of the server database, but it is still referenced on your computer. You will need to delete your media database. Don't worry though, it will be recreated when you restart Proclaim.

Delete this file:  C:\Users\Jon\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\h1sqkwei.iv1\MediaManager\MediaManager.db

Let us know if you have additional problems.
