Howdy!
I'm trying to create web pages that have embedded links to resources in Logos. I am using Logos 6.7 on both a Mac and a Windows PC. I have some questions and possibly a bug to report in the way that the Mac Logos application handles creating these links.
Here is a sample link that I made on the Windows PC:
<a target="_blank" href="http://ref.ly/Re2.18-24" class="bibleref" title="Revelation 2:18ñ24">Revelation 2:18ñ24</a> <a href="logosres:kjv1900;ref=BibleKJV.Re2.18-24;off=0;ctx=_that_receiveth_it.$0A~18$C2$A0And_unto_j$EF$BB$BFthe_an">»</a>
Here is the same link that Logos for Mac 6.7 created:
<a target="_blank" href="http://ref.ly/Re2.18-24" class="bibleref" title="Revelation 2:18–24">Revelation 2:18–24</a> <a href="logosres:kjv1900;ref=BibleKJV.Re2.18-24;off=0;ctx=_that_receiveth_it.$0A~18$C2$A0And_unto_j$EF$BB$BFthe_an">»</a>
The PC version plants an n with a tilde in the place that the Mac version plants a hyphen. The n with tilde is actually working. These would be for the Faithlife online Bible links.
For the internal reference links, both the PC and the Mac use a raquo as a place holder in the link. Is this correct functionality?
Here is a URL to a sample page that I am using these links on:

I think I read before that external links do not work on Mac OS. Apple is very careful about security.

Hi Michael;
As a FYI, for some reason, in order to make the web address active, you much place a space after the address.
Thanks for your response.
The links that I have been generating are all coming from a Mac. I have to paste them into BBEdit and then make "adjustments" to get them to work. On the PC, they just work.
Oh, thank you for that bit of advice. I'm finding that various internet forum software all have their quirks and I would have never found out about that if you have not made me aware of it.
I also need to figure out how to get the quotes that I'm responding to parked into the response post.
Michael Miles:get the quotes that I'm responding to
Highlight the text you want to quote and press the "quote" button:
The quote will end with
and open with
Thank you for the help with that. I'm getting my sea legs here on the Logos Forums and I can use all the help that I can get.
