Logs?

Martin, as you know from previous forum interactions full logs are preferred and often required. If you need help in adjusting the firewall settings, just let us know what firewall you are using and its outgoing settings.
When try to cancel the job in Logos, it gets stuck.
Does this mean that Logos becomes "Not responding" and you have to kill it from Task Manager?
If so, a hang dump (see https://wiki.logos.com/Procdump) would be helpful for tracking down and resolving this problem. Instead of uploading the dump file here, it's best to put it on Google Drive or Dropbox (or similar) and paste a public link to the forums.
If you're unable to capture this yourself, you can contact Tech Support and they can remotely connect to your machine to create it.
