Hi

The advent free book today has charged me $17.95 instead of being free. I don't know why it's done this because it's free on the link etc. I have contacted customer services (but not open till tomorrow). I don't know if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them? Just be careful purchasing today I guess.

Same problem with me except I did not press the buy button.

Apparently it is still a problem.  Same results for me.

I already own today's freebie. It was already free in September 2014.

The Verbum freebie looks very interesting though, and did not charge anything.

I clicked "Buy" before I realised it wasn't free!

Definitely a problem. It is showing at $17.95 in my shopping cart, and not $0.00.

I'm in the same boat.  Should've looked before I leaped.

First 'freebie' I already had.

It is from one of the best Catholic scripture commentaries in the English language. It's also formatted in a bothersome way in print, a flaw that this series does not suffer from in Verbum/Logos.

Hi there,

I just got the "freebie" in the last 5 minutes. Logos has obviously corrected the technical issue :-)

Blessings

Scott

Good morning, everyone. I hope you're having a blessed Sunday.

We did indeed have an issue with our pricing this morning. It has been corrected. If you inadvertently purchased at full price today, please contact Customer Service and they'll be happy to sort it out for you.

Thanks!

Same here.

We need to watch to see if it shows as $0 before proceeding with the purchase.
