BUG: Text Converter Hebrew citation

In all Greek formats, the Text Converted correctly handles the citation that is automatically pasted in when you copy from  Logos. In Hebrew, only the last two formats treat the citation correctly. All other forms are keen on using superscripts for the first character of each word.
