Any suggestions on which resources are good for teaching Baptism class or Catechism?

Preferably in a manual/systematic style if available.

Thank you

This would differ heavily by denomination, age and other sociological aspects of the participants, so we'd likely need more information to give you good advice.

True.

Reformed and well, we would have 2 classes actually.. children below 15 and adults (21+). But we're focusing on the adults a little bit more.

Thank you

The Heidelberg Catechism, itself, is a great tool, as it is designed to do exactly what you're looking for.  Modern translations are readily available all over the internet. I would recommend using the questions as discussion starters and tailoring the discussion to each group.
