https://read.noet.com/

Noet reader displays more resources than biblia.com, and has atlas, word study, text comparison and factbook.

This looks very much like the web app available to Logos Now subscribers.

Do you know if the Noet one is available without a Logos Now subscription?

This is basically the same as app.logos.com, one of the things that Logos Now subscribers are paying for.

biblia.com STILL has the advantage of access to reading plans and note. I don't know why these features can't be brought to the paid-for web app. Their lack is one of the things holding it back from being more useful.

I would assume that they are on the road map for development.

Just checked and you can access it without a Logos Now subscription but it doesn't seem to provide access to all the resources in one's Library.

It would be useful to get a positioning statement from Faithlife on this

Certainly, they've said as much. It's just been a very long road, and they left the "1 inch = x miles" scale off the map. Stick out tongue

(It's ironic. I subscribed to Now mostly for the web app, and its lack of usability has been a disappointment. But I've found most of the rest of Now excellent & of understated value.)

They're putting a lot of development work into the experimental resource display. When it's done it will mean that the web resource display is using the same engine as the desktop display, and in turn that will mean desktop display features (visual filters, highlighting, etc.) can be added much more quickly.

So when notes/highlighting does eventually appear on app.logos.com, it will be significantly superior to the biblia.com experience (and hopefully worth waiting for).

On my Logos Now enabled account, I can access all my resources on the Noet web app.

Interesting - and I've just checked and I can as well

But on a "non Logos Now enabled account" I don't seem to see resources that I have purchased from the Logos storefront.

And this might be by design - and I would understand that - or I might just be missing somethingSmile

I do not have LN, but I have 15382 resources in the desktop app and 15399 in the Noet web app. I have no hidden resources. Weird.

Weird.

You have free online only access to some Noet resources. To further complicate things: there are resources you own which aren't available on the web app.

I have 4444 resources on the desktop app,  4434 on noet.com, and 4290 on biblia.com.

I'm suspect that both the free online resources as well as the availability of desktop resources differs considerably between the two web readers.

I've not yet found any concrete examples, but then I've only actively searched yet for 5 minutes or so.

I am a non-logos now user.  I do not see options to use either Atlas or Factbook on Nort web reader when accessing the app on my phone.  Are these features accessible to non-logos now users either via logos app on iPhone or the Nort app?i

No. This thread is about these features being currently available on the web if you point a browser to https://read.noet.com/ - this will work on mobile devices, too (does on my Samsung S5 running Chrome), but I'm not sure if iPhones are tied to a specific unsupported browser version / "lost in the desert" and how you rate the experince of browsing such a site on a phone screen.

Don't like the advertising on the bottom of the screen. Takes up too much space.
