Our church computer updated itself to Windows 10 yesterday and now we cannot get into Proclaim. The app still shows but no log in box will show up. It was working fine prior to the W10 invasion. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forums, Northridge! I think we can get this fixed. The best diagnostic tool with which you can provide us is your log files -- they're easy to obtain, and you can find instructions for posting them here. In the meantime, I'd recommend that you uninstall and reinstall Proclaim with the newest version at proclaimonline.com/download. If that doesn't fix the problem, your log files should point us in the right direction.

Appreciate it but after having one of the Proclaim tech guys try for 40 minutes we've discovered the drivers aren't available for Windows 10 on that machine so we are reverting back to Windows 7. Not surprised since it is an older machine.
