1376.Archive.zip

If I go to the sound icon against a Hymn Title - select Import - and then select Music from the filer type window I get a repeatable crash.

If I go the route 'Browse Media' - Import - Music I get the same or similar crash.

The workaround is to save the music file to the desktop and then import.

The crash does not happen on OS X El Capitan

I wonder! When you looked into it what did you see?

I was just bitten by this bug again today.

Mike -

We just released an update that fixes our issues with Sierra, we made this available on our website for direct download, the app won't prompt for an update. You can find it here: https://proclaimonline.com/download

Thanks

Glenn

Thanks Mike

I will take a look when I get on a computer. In the meantime, can you grab your logs from the Proclaim help menu and the full Apple diagnostic crash report. The image indicates thread 43 crashed and the full report should give me more info.

Thanks

Mike-

The Apple diagnostic crash reports are typically saved in this location

~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

Look for any that start with Proclaim, archive them together and please post here.

Thanks

Glenn

Mike-

We just fixed the music link crash this morning and I just put out another update. Again, this is a 'soft' update just from our website download page. It may take a little while for our internet servers to update it's cache.

Sorry for the disconnect, the lower "Music" link is different than the "Music" folder higher up on the standard Finder sidebar. Apple loads the special Music link in a different way and was crashing our app, we've adjusted our load order of some objects into our app, so they are ready when Apple makes their calls into our code. Look for version 1.35.0.172 before you click the Music link. Glenn
