I'm using the Verbum app on iPad with my students and trying to use community notes as a way of placing questions in their reading assignments. I entered the notes on my laptop and they will display fine there.

When I open the app on my iPad, it will display the green bubble indicating that there is a community note present, but when I click on the bubble it says "No notes". The notes do show up on the Faithlife page for the group.

Any thoughts on why the note content won't populate?

Hi Kevin - and welcome to the forums

Ive just tried opening a community note in my Verbum app and it works fine

So its its not a generic problem with the app

I'll try and create one on that resource and see what happens

When I create a Community Note on the Cathecism resource I get the same behaviour - the note is not shown in Verbum (or the Bible! app)

If I create a Community Note in another resource it works fine - so it looks like there is some issue specific to the Cathecism.

Hopefully someone from Faithlife will be able to comment further and advise what is going on

Is your device online? Also, have you tried restarting the app?

Yes, on both fronts. Neither has fixed the problem.

Can you create a new Community Note in that resource from within the Verbum Mobile app? If so, does that content appear on Faithlife.com?

I created a note through the Mobile app on my iPad. It shows up on the Faithlife page and when I open the resource on my laptop, but the note icon does not show up on in the Verbum mobile app on the iPad.

Community notes are turned on. When I turn them off and then back on, only the note bubbles that I created on my laptop show up (but there is no content when I click on these). The note I created in the Mobile app never shows up.
