Hi, we udgrade our presentation computer to OS X Sierra, but since we did it is imposible to us to update using the app unless we download the new version for your webpage. Can you help with this?. Thank you.

Felipe, how exactly are you trying to install the update using the app? Are you being prompted at startup and that process is failing?

Yes, I just open the app and when it says that a new version was released I click in update, but it download and when is installing says that is imposible to complete the update.

Iglesia- Please post your log files, there may be an error that we can help diagnose further.

You can also go directly to "https://proclaimonline.com/download" and grab the latest Mac version if you need to update before your next service. If you can run the current version for this weekend's service, I would recommend that and we can solve the update problem after.

Yes I do that, downloaded the app from the web, now with the new update it work perfectly.
