I don't know if this is a bug, or if I have done something and can correct it... Whenever I open a new library window, it opens in a deformed, skinny box. I have tried widening the box, closing and reopening. No joy. I am running Logos 7.2 on macOS 10.12.1. I am unable to update currently, but this issue has existed over multiple builds... I have just finally decided I am irritated enough to report it.
I know logs may be needed. If so, I will try to get some when I get back from vacation.

I can reproduce that issue on Logos Bible Software 7.2 SR-1 (7.2.0.0038).
Other windows (e.g., specific documents or guides) will open to their last previous size when opened to a floating tab, yet the library opens to narrow floating tab, regardless of the size it had when closed.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
I have also seen this since I upgraded to macOS Sierra. I would resize the window, but the next time, it would be very thin once again!

Alabama,
I can reproduce that it's not saving how you last closed it. I'll get a case written up. I'm not able to reproduce the small size you are seeing opening up by default.

Philana R. Crouch:I'm not able to reproduce the small size you are seeing opening up by default.
I have changed the shape of the library at various times to meet my specific needs at the time. Perhaps it was that shape when it saved last? Otherwise, no idea.
I am seeing the same skinny library window, and have since upgrading to Sierra. I've tried multiple times to resize it, but it always opens like shown in the screenshot.
Note: my other floating windows do not exhibit the same behavior.
Currently I am on 10.12.1 and Logos 7.2 SR-1.
How To Get Logs
I'm on El Capitan and have the same issue as Levi Durfey
In addition whether opening external in a new window or internal in the same window, the size is not kept as the last resizing.
It does get frustrating when I'm trying to go back and forth between windows.
Philana R. Crouch:I'll get a case written up.
Any update? Quite annoying.
Have the same issue. Anyone hear anything from Logos about how to fix this?
Aaron Baldridge:Anyone hear anything from Logos about how to fix this?
They have acknowledged it, but no further updates. It will require a fix from FL.
Philana R. Crouch:We do have a case open for this issue, but I don't have any details for when this will be fixed.
Philana - Can you check on this? Mac users need some love.
Hi Alabama,
This case is still open, but I don't have any updates at this time.
Philana R. Crouch:This case is still open
Please, please get this fixed!
ugh, yes.

I'm not sure why, but on my Macbook Air it seems to open fine

It’s the floating Library window that has the issue, not the drop down Library panel.

Ahhh...yep, that's pretty ugly
