Synchronisation says it is complete and yet the drop down menu indicates that a file has not been uploaded.

Thanks for the logs! Are you using a proxy to connect to the internet? The error code can occur with older proxies that don't understand newer protocols. Check your network setup and let us know if dropping the proxy works.
