How do you backup so many years of your Logos receipts from gmail? How do you handle your Logos receipts ? What's the easiest way to backup all your emails? Thanks!

I move them to a created folder in Gmail called "Logos"

Apparently so, based on all the buzz about Hillary's server in the last election.

Humor aside, there are tools for programs like Outlook. Gmail is cloud-based so you simply need to create archive folders there and leave your stuff in it.

My thanks to the various MVPs. Without them Logos would have died early. They were the only real help available.

If I want to copy emails to my computer, I use Mozilla's Thunderbird.
