I'm not sure whether this is best in this forum or in the Logos 7 one but thought I'd start here.

Using 5.11.1 of the Bible app (Kevin, apologies I know this is a beta version but not sure I could have explained this fully in the beta group) and Logos 7.4 beta 4 on Windows 10

I'm reading a Vyrso book - "The Mission of Preaching" - and making a number of highlights mainly on my iPad in the Bible app.

I noted that some of the highlights are not appearing in the resource on the desktop and saw that in the notes file there are references to "unavailable" resource and these coincide with the highlights not being shown

There are about 25 of these entries

On the iPad the notes file and resource show as below:

Normally tapping on the resource identifier - MP - in the notes document causes the position in the resource to change to show the highlight but tapping on any after the one shown (which corresponds to the "unavailable resource" ones) doesn't cause any update in position.

And none of the later highlights show up in the resource on the iPad either.

One strange thing I noticed on the desktop is that the Visual Filter dropdown doesn't display which notes files are being used

Any ideas what is going on here?

Now reported in the beta mobile apps Faithlife group - it looks to be a problem with the beta itself

Having the same exact issue. Made a bunch of notes and highlights yesterday on an Ipad and an entire section of them is now missing and the highlights and notes marked with "unavailable resource."

Any update on this? - This is critical for my using the app. I am a Logos Now member. Not sure if what I have is the Beta or not, it is 5.10.4 (5.10.40093) Is there a way to use a more stable version than the Beta?

The problem reported here was fixed in a beta update about three weeks ago so something else must be going on.

You aren't running the current stable verision, there is  5.11 release so i suggest you update your app.

But hopefully someone from Faithlife will be able to comment further
