Birthday Credit

Since an email from Faithlife notified me in mid January that my email preferences may have changed, does that affect my birthday credit, i. e. "personalized offers" must be ticked when that category does not seem to exist anymore?  Please clarify.  Thank you!

Hi Juanita,

You need to be on the "Logos" list to receive your birthday coupon. If you were previously on "Personalized Offers", you were automatically added to the "Logos" list.

I didn't get my birthday credit.  How do I go about it.  My birthday is may 20th.
