What version of Logos are you using? Could you upload the entire crash or error log?

Do you have a Logos.log file?

If so, please upload in a reply using the paperclip icon

Thanks Mac

We really need to see the logos.log file as well

If you don't have one please enable diagnostic logging - details at https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem- and post the full log after a crash

I'd begin by updating to version 7. The basic edition is free: https://www.logos.com/product/136022/basic. You'll keep everything you already have when you upgrade.

I don't know whether updating will fix the problem, but there have been many bug fixes and improvements since 6.14 so it's definitely the best place to start.

Hi Mark,

Sure, I will try to upgrade to version 7 and see what happens.

Here is the full log file.

Thanks for the support.
