I just got a new mac and had my data migrated from the old mac to this new one. Logos seemed to migrate fine. All my resources and saved layouts are there, but when I went to the copy Bible verse tool I could not enter a passage. I clicked on the style choice and while all of the style names were there they were completely empty. If I click on the Bible verses the program freezes and I have to force quit. Any mac people out there have any suggestions?

Hi Randal,

I'm sorry for the trouble, but your method of getting Logos on the new machine is unsupported. Reinstalling the application file may fix the problem, but it may not.

I would reinstall from scratch overnight if it were me.

  1. Quit Logos.
  2. Open Finder.
  3. Press CMD+Shift+G.
  4. Type ~/library/application support/
  5. Delete the Logos4 folder.
  6. Restart Logos and sign in.

Logos will redownload your library after you sign in.

Thanks, Tommy. I'll give that a try.

Thanks again, Tommy. That seems to have done the trick.
