Anyone else seeing strange price behaviour with the Base packages?

I'm not sure if this is just a glitch, or if I'm missing something obvious. I noticed it on my account, however it shows up far more clearly when not logged in (no dynamic pricing, Logos Now discounts etc. to muddy the waters). It seems that currently (?) the Library price is reduced significantly when a Feature set is added to the basket. Similarly the cost of the standard Feature set reduces as you increase the level of the Library, to a point where the Collector Edition is showing up as costing $448.55 more to not have a Feature set? It was my understanding that it should always be cheaper to purchase just the Library? I don't know if this a recent change, but if it isn't it means I could've potentially saved (more?) money way back when I purchased my Logos 7 Diamond Library (doh!).

Currently the Full Feature set + Logos 7 Diamond = $3104.99*, with the Full Feature set addition reducing the Library price from $3000* down to $2700*. Just the Logos 7 Diamond Library = $3000*. Here clearly the Library is more than just the Feature set discounted Library price by $300, but less than the overall cost of the Features and Library combined. But if you swap the Full Feature set with the Starter feature set, it triggers the same Library reduction and brings the total of Starter Feature set + Logos 7 Diamond = $2834.99*, $165.01*  cheaper than just the Library (Collectors Library has a staggering $900.01* difference!!). Taking into account my existing Logos 6 feature set, my dynamic pricing and my Logos Now discounts**, the reduction for me is not so noticeable. But it still works out cheaper (on Silver Libraries and above) to add in the Starter Feature set to engage the Library price reduction. The Reformed Platinum Library + Starter Feature set = $279.93, just the Reformed Platinum Library = $292.10, costing $12.17 more to just have a Library. Similarly my upgrade price to a Standard Portfolio Library without the Starter Feature set costs $104.23 more than with it. Anyone else seeing the same effect?

*Prices include current 10% off offer, but no dynamic pricing or Logos Now discounts.

The same issue is also reported here. It looks like the discount being applied is not 10% as the description states.

I can't reproduce any pricing issue while logged in with my LN discount, so it might not be affecting every account. (The distinction probably is because I also own the feature set, and can't opt in or out of buying one with a library.)

As an aside a similar issue existed very briefly when they first started the Summer Sale, but it was very quickly corrected. Even though I owned a feature set, I was offered the option to "not" buy one and get an additional discount, which obviously wasn't correct. I'm sure this issue will get quickly fixed.

Just out of interest, have you tried adding the Extended Feature set after adding a Library to your basket to see if that triggered the extra Library discount (assuming you only have the Full Feature set)? https://www.logos.com/product/136012/logos-7-extended-feature-set

The extended feature set is the one I own, so I can't do that. I imagine though that anyone who doesn't own a feature set could reproduce that bug.

It even seems to trigger the additional discount if you use the Verbum starter set with a Logos Library https://www.logos.com/product/121389/verbum-7-starter-feature-set
