Hi folks, When I upload our sermons to Faithlife, the image that appears is never the one we have one display during the sermon. Instead it seems to be a the standard image with red blocks. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hi Murray, this is a known issue that our Proclaim team is working on as we speak. Nothing that you are doing is causing this to happen.  Our Proclaim team hopes to have an update released later today that will address this issue.  We appreciate your patience as we work on that update to resolve this issue for you.

Hi Regan,

thanks for this. I uploaded sermon today however and whilst there was not the same blocky red image appearing, it was just a blank screen, with the sermon title image only appearing after clicking the link and starting to plant the sermon. I would obviously like the image to be present on the post itself to draw people's attention to it?

There was an internal issue that is now resolved. We have someone working on fixing the posts that were affected by the bug, and any new sermons you post should display correctly.
