Logos 7 not functioning any more

Since a few days my Logos doesn't open any more on my computer and shows just a note that it isn't functioning any longer. So I thought at least I could use it on the labtop. After opening it on the labtop there came first a long time of downloading documents since I hadn't used it there for some time. But then at the end it showed the same error. This was a great surprise to me.

Does anyone know what can be done in such a situation. Thanks for all support.
