When I wish to search a book or a set of books (based on my tagging system) is there a way to designate which book or set of books I wish to search?

Joe Mayden:

Kinda.

When you are doing a "basic" search (rather than a "bible" one), click on the blue button that (by default) says "Entire Library." You should be able to make some different selections, including:

  • "recent" resources (as a whole)
  • recent resources (meaning, individual titles of some of the last books you have opened)
  • "Top Bibles"
  • Collections

I dont believe tags are included, but collections certainly are.

Offline search is possible with a couple of caveats:

  • Only locally downloaded resources are searchable when offline
  • Some search functions that work when online don't work when offline

I'll try again, but I don't think I have ever gotten search results while offline with locally downloaded resources

It is limited - it doesn’t support Collections for example - but I do get results back as shown below

It works on my iPhone 6...like you said.

I will check iPad later.
