I received an email announcing a sale on Logos 7. It states "Logos 7 is 20% off for a limited time." Does anyone know when this sale ends? Thanks,
No, sorry. You might have to call sales and ask.
It definitely is a good discount for anyone looking for a library or base package.
I received the offer today. Repeat to myself, "I'm not gonna add another payment plan. (repeat)" [+o(]

This is easy to accomplish if you remember what we used to have and what we have now. I'll never have another.
Everett,
You are absolutely right. I have enough unread books to read 5 a week for the rest of my life.[;)]
Yeah just add what you need. Base packages often have a lot of stuff you won't really use in my opinion...though it is good for discounts on resources you want
Sorry but I’m saving my pennies for Adrian Rogers‘s sermon archive and features for Logos 8 next year 👍😁👌

Thanks everyone. While I use Logos for reading books I use it for other things too so the larger my library is the better use I can make of the power of Logos. Many books in Logos can be found cheaper in other formats but they lack the functionality and power of Logos. For that reason I am considering upgrading to Diamond.
Logos purchases are very addictive because you physically don't see them and putting them on a payment plan makes it seem like it's play money and not real dollars. It's a little like a virtual board game.
I wonder what would happen if you tried to get out of a purchase plan by giving your books back after several months had passed?
If you have doubts or don't have peace, don't do it.

I never imagined how much I'd end up spending on Logos. Still have 14 months on my payment plan.

14 months! I remember those! in a way I’m glad they changed the old payment plan to the new one. Keeps me from over spending!
What was the old one?
Oh got you. Glad they changed it!
Glad you said this. I have logos 6 standard and keep wanting to upgrade to 7 standard or bronze, but I don't really use logos on a regular basis. I would if I had an ereader for just logos. Tablets just throw more junk my way.
I'm hopeful that last quarter sales at Faithlife will include the Adrian Rogers sermon archive... at a steep discount. $350 is out of reach for me, but something below $200 seems reasonable and affordable for the wealth of Bible preaching/teaching in this archive. It is high on my Logos wish list!

Other sermon archives have made it into L7 libraries. Perhaps some of these more recent pre-pubs will make it into L8 libraries, lowering their costs even more.
Anyone else seeing the discount percentage goes up when you add a feature set with a library? In this case (logged out) total saving is actually around 29%. I'm only seeing the 20% off when it's just a library. Strange.
When you buy a full base package (library and feature set), you get a discount for purchasing them together - a combo discount.
For this sale, you'll get 20% off the combo price when you buy them together. If you buy a library or feature set, you get 20% off the regular price.
Hope that helps explain it!
Thanks for the clarification Celeste.
