Unresponsive

Am I the only one who always gets a lot of "unresponsive" messages?   I have plenty of memory and don't understand it.   Today as I try to continue a daily course, Logos 7 quits working and crashes.

Logs would be required to diagnose. Please enable and post logs (see my signature line).

i keep trying to insert the cef.log file and keep getting this error:

cef.log isn't what we want (assuming Windows OS). Just upload a compressed folder:

  1. Open your computer's Documents folder.
  2. Locate the "Logos Log Files" folder.
  3. Right-click on the "Logos Log Files" folder and choose "Send to Compressed (zipped) folder".
