I would like to create a personal book that has a chapter for each book of the bible. Is it possible to link a Logos Bible (e.g., ESV) with my personal book? I would like to add the Logos Bible and my personal book to the same link set and then when I navigate to a book in the Logos Bible I would like my personal book to track with the Logos Bible and move to that same book. Is this possible?

The wiki provides a decent reference at https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books . Please do check it out.

Exactly how you would do it would depend on exactly how you want it to behave. Do you want it to link to ANY bible, or to a particular translation?

If you just want it to scroll with a bible, all you have to do is add tagging in the format of [[@Bible:Gn 1.1]] and then to create a link set within Logos. Then Logos will automagically scroll both. If you want to see an example, take a look at the pbb Rosie posted (and I added on to) at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/64765.aspx .
