How to revert to 4.0c beta 3?
4.0c beta 4 crashes regularly as I read (usually when pressing page down in ESV).
I've downloaded 4.0c beta 3 setup.exe but when I run it it says "Logos is up to date". How do I revert to beta 3?

I just turned off all visual filters and it seems that page down in ESV works without crashing. Thus, the regular crashes seem to be related to visual filters.

Have you provided any logs of your crashes? That would be more important than attempting to revert to B3 (I crash every time with highlighting).

I don't think you can revert to an earlier version of the beta, but you can move to the non-beta version.

It's possible but you have to uninstall/reinstall - so you may as well revert to the current release.

Stuart, as this page-down->crash seems to be a new issue, please duplicate the crash and post the logs along with step-by-step directions on how to recreate it.
The beta testing is hard when the crashes start, but we get the privilege of using stuff before it's officially released, but part of the deal is also helping Logos to efficiently identify and fix their bugs.

Attached are the logs from my most recent crash - which occurred while reading through the ESV. This crash occurred while pressing Page Up - first time I paged up all was well but after the second press of Page Up Logos hung for a few seconds and then crashed.
At this point Logos is basically completely unusable - I cannot read for more than a page, cannot switch to another layout, etc. without crashing, and cannot revert to a previous beta without a complete uninstall / reinstall... Perhaps being part of the beta team wasn't a smart choice on my part.

Your crash log has been submitted. There appear to have been a couple of other crashes caused by visual filters. When there are crashes affecting many users, development will usually get a fix out quickly, so I recommend waiting for an update, rather than uninstalling and reinstalling.
