Of note, we've been transitioned to the more expensive plan, despite what the FAQ previously(?) said:
No. We’ve migrated all customers to a Faithlife Connect plan that will not cause their monthly rate to go up. However, Logos Now members who wish to stay current with all Logos features will need to upgrade to Faithlife Connect Essentials or above.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
I was migrated to Starter:
I will not be renewing any subscriptions with FaithLife and will greatly curtail any future purchases because of this ill-though change.
This is so wrong in so many levels it’s hard to describe. And here I was thinking about picking back my LN subscription! I’m glad I didn’t! I just saved myself $100 bucks!
Thanks FL!

FYI, I just got an email explaining why I was migrated to that particular plan. Thank you for the explanation, FL.

You're welcome.
Chris, how do the courses work is there some sort of coupon code?
Shalom, in Christ, Keith. Check out my music www.soundcloud.com/therealkpang
Keith Pang: Chris, how do the courses work is there some sort of coupon code?
Yes. I don't think they have been set up or sent out yet.
PetahChristian: Yes.
Yes.
Thank you for the link

I wonder if there are limitations on what courses you can choose or if it is for the whole catalog

You'll be able to select from the entire catalog of Mobile Ed individual courses, ie not bundles or collections of courses.

Thanks for the information. When are the codes going to be sent out?

That's impressive! There are some 20-hour courses which retail for $750.
Considering that the majority of subscribers would be entitled to 1 to 2 courses/yr, that's a really remarkable benefit that helps the subscription pay for itself.
I've not gotten any mail yet. Can you share yours? What exactly are they doing to mitigate this horrible 140% price increase?

I suspect we're all getting some type of favorable deal, but you'd need to wait to find out the specifics, as they may do something different for you to mitigate the price increase.
Hope it brings a smile to your face.
Keith Pang:When are the codes going to be sent out?
First codes are already active, however, some users are still being fully migrated and licenses being updated, so it may take until tomorrow for codes to be fully usable by all customers.
Codes are valid for one year from the time that they are issued and are issued in January, April, July, and October. Once you redeem a Faithlife Courses code, you can access the course for six months. You can find easy access links to everything included in your subscription on your Faithlife Connect hub page.

As PetahChristian accurately stated, sharing emails with anyone would not be helpful, as it's specific to each customer. We did include a promo code to help Logos Now customers either upgrade their Connect subscription or purchase a library or feature set. Our hope is that solution will help ease the transition into Faithlife Connect, along with the increased benefits value.

I got the mail a little bit ago. It does mitigate the pain a little, but I am still extremely disappointed in this move. I was very happy with Logos Now until you did this. It was an affordable means of staying up to date, and I especially enjoyed the preview resources each month. I live and work in the developing world, and I simply cannot afford a 140% price hike. I will not be able to continue my subscription, and this experience will definitely dampen my enthusiasm for any future schemes you put forward.
Sean:I got the mail a little bit ago. It does mitigate the pain a little
I was hoping that would be the case.

That benefit is continued with Faithlife Connect (it's now called Featured Book). And you'll continue to receive a discount code the following month should you decide you want to purchase that resource.
Well, are you satisfied with the explanation and why are you going to end up paying $234 per year instead of $99.99 per year?
Please reconsider this decision and bring back Logos Now
