I noticed in the newly released OT312-Book Study: Deuteronomy that there is a bit of buzzing sound appearing at some places in the speaker's voice in some videos I played (For example - How We Talk about Deuteronomy Unit-2, Hearing the Message of Deuteronomy: Recognize the Setting- Unit 4). The audio streaming is not clean as in other courses. Is anyone facing such issue?
Yes. Same issue. It's much like if audio were played at maxed volume, causing the audio to become distorted at times...even when the volume is down low. It's quite irritating when I have the audio up high to listen in the car...then it really sounds distorted at times.
Can anything be done to improve the quality of the audio, please.

Agreed - this was very noticeable on the web platform. Same problem in desktop app?
Joshua Tan: Agreed - this was very noticeable on the web platform. Same problem in desktop app?
yes. And in Mobile. As to be expecte...it’s the same audio file in all three. Hopefully there is an update in the works.

Ah okay. I was initially thinking it might have been my unstable internet connection resulting in poor quality streams. Thought it would've been better if media was downloaded via Logos Desktop app.

I am experiencing this distortion in the audio track also.
Grace and peace. <><

Thanks. Hopefully someone from FL will look into this for us.
My apologies for the delayed response. I was out of the office last week. We're working on correcting this, and we'll update the resource as soon as we do.
Side note: We won't be able to make the corrections right away because Dr. Block is back in studio this week and next recording some more courses.

Miles, thanks for your reply. Out of curiosity, are you indicating the audio would need to be completely re-recorded? Could it be just a mixing error, with the master recording perhaps OK? I'm sure that bridge will be crossed in the evaluation, but just a thought.
Sorry, didn't mean to imply that Dr. Block would be re-recording the audio. We just won't be able to fix the audio issues right away because our video technician will be working in studio. It's just a coincidence that Dr. Block is here again so soon after we shipped his Deuteronomy course.
Hi Miles, is there anything that you can tell us about the availability of the audio files?
Thanks

Miles, thanks for the clarification and for your work on this. Also to perhaps close the loop, noticed 'OT312 Book Study: Deuteronomy (Videos)' update shipped in recent days. Was the audio fix the reason for the update?
