Another program recorded audio fine after this service. Any ideas how to recover the recording?

Hello Justin,


Sorry that happened.  Is the audio device configured properly in Proclaim?  If you open up a file explorer, and enter %localappdata% , and then go to Proclaim > Data > (randomly named folder) > Audio  Recordings, you can look at the raw audio files of the most recent one to see if it actually has any audio attached to it.

You can also email us log files (Help > Save Log Files) at proclaimsupport@faithlife.com  

We'll read over them and see if anything occurred.
