Sped up! double click dictonary lookup

I am guessing this happened somewhere in the Beta cycle, but I just noticed that L4 responds relatively quickly when I double click a word for "dictionary lookup." (or whatever it is called). Before, I'd get the lovely "not responding" signal, many seconds' wait, and THEN something would appear. Now it is near instantaneous! Thank you Logos!

I don't think it was a design improvement as it has always been acceptable for me (not instantaneous).

lol, I guess it just wasn't acceptable to me!
Seriously, there is a major improvement in my performance, and I sure didn't do anything "under the hood" to help it (a little car talk, there).

Depending on how you look at it, we either fixed a bug or made an optimisation (somewhere in the 4.0c beta cycle; can't remember which one) so that the system now avoids opening irrelevant resources from your "Prioritize" list when performing a KeyLink. If your resource priority list had lots of resources (e.g., Bibles and commentaries) above your first English dictionary, your KeyLinks would have been unnecessarily slow due to opening those resources.

Yay! Thanks, Bradley!

There you go, Dan - you had too much piled up under the hood[:)] I only had 5 bibles on top of my dictionaries!

wow, what a GREAT day!! First, I am happy L4 is faster for me. Second, that my recollection was somewhat accurate. Third, I am in the company of "two stars and a logo". WOW, it don't get better'n this! [H]
yeah, I had/have a LOT under the hood. Mostly commentaries. Probably too much. [:O]
PS. Thank you for your explanation, Bradley!
