Good morning, 

I am experiencing a crash with the web app ever since I created a notes file. It work will I was creating it, but now every time I go back to the web page it crashes. Can anyone help me? Here is a screenshot of the message I get

I don't know what's wrong yet, but you should be able to navigate the browser to open a different tool, e.g. the information tool https://app.logos.com/tools/info, and that will make it not load the notes tool (or anything else that was previously open.)

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem. It may have to do with another panel that is also open. If you could paste the text of the URL (with the full long string of gibberish up through %3D, we can look at what else was open that may have caused it.

With a little bit of effort (those Is and ls are very similar!) we were able to type it in and reproduce the problem. We will post back here when we know more.

Hi Phelix,

We've identified the issue and are working on a fix. The site currently has a bug when reopening a layout that has several resources on it. Here's a smaller layout that you can open to in the meantime: link.

I tried to open up the sermon document and to start a new sermon and the app crashed again.

I need to be able to use the app now because of not able to use my desktop, but if this keeps happen I will have to find another way to complete my sermon.

Hi Phelix, I can reproduce your issue with inability to load sermon documents on the iPad. We'll get right on it.

Hi Phelix, we've fixed the issue with sermon documents crashing the site on mobile.

Note that they start out with editing disabled (read-only), because it's not always a great editing experience on mobile, so if you want to edit it, click the 3 dot menu on the right of the panel and check "Enable editing".
