7506.LogosLogs.AlexNorville.20180830-120239.zip

My Logos 7 software won't boot up on my computer. It starts to initialize, but the Library says it is indexing. The problem is that it won't index. I left my computer on with Logos on to index for 15+ hours and it still says 0% complete. None of the rest of the app will respond.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Are you running on Windows or Mac? And how much free space do you have on your hard drive?

I can't see any particular error in the log - but you are running a very old (7.9 SR-1) version of the software.

Try updating to 7.17 using the download file at https://www.logos.com/install
