Email preferences showing incorrectly? Birthday voucher query

I hadn't received a birthday voucher yet (for a September birthday) which is fine - I'm not in any massive rush - but it prompted me to check my email preferences. The first page that came up said that I wasn't signed up to receive any emails.

I know that's not true - I get various Faithlife emails on a monthly basis - but I wasn't sure if this might mean I've missed the voucher or if it just hasn't been sent yet?

I've gone over my preferences again just now and made sure that I'm signed up to everything that seems appropriate for me.

Can anyone tell me if I have missed the birthday voucher?

I would say you need to call CS because you should have gotten it by now.
