I'm not sure what to do at this point. I've been working with a couple of support folks since last Saturday, but our church's group is still broken. Basically, if I go to our calendar, bulletin, or newsletter areas I get an error. The support folks have been helpful, but after a week we still have the issue and I still don't know why we have it or how long it will take to be fixed...or if it can be fixed.

It seemed to have started after I tried importing our church's Google Calendar. 

Thought I'd try posting on here. I've emailed support, called support, been messaging back and forth with a couple of support folks all week, but I still don't know much more than I did last week.

Hey David,

I am very sorry for this troubling experience as I hope you can believe myself and the rest of the support folks here at Faithlife. We take these situations seriously and looks like we dropped the ball on this particular issue. 

This isn't like us as take good pride in helping customers like yourself in a thoroughly manner. We'll look into making sure this doesn't happen again. 

Again, I do apologize for the experience as we have some developers who are going to be in contact.

We did create a case for your instance and your previous post last week, but looks like it may have slipped the cracks on getting touched up. Looks like Jim S also added some Logos credits to your account.

I'll keep you updated and check Faithlife.com as a developer will be reaching out today.

Thanks, Matt. I've been on FaithLife.com more in the past couple of weeks because I see an opportunity for my church and team to use FaithLife more. Over the past couple of years, you have added features and made changes that, in my opinion, make FaithLife easier to use. 

I'm on the road for the next few hours, but I will be checking back in. I'm willing to help get this resolved in whatever way I can. Also, I know you guys pride yourselves on support and being responsive to requests and suggestions from users. That's one of the reasons I'm moving in this direction.
