I was checking http://www.commonprayer.org/ against Episcopal Church. Book of Common Prayer (1928) Daily Office Lectionary. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2016 because it appeared that the resource was highly improbable. It appears that the table was misread II Kings 5:20 does not mean a single verse but rather means until the end of chapter. The readings' basic pattern is the continuous reading of a book the notation 3 to v.22 followed by 3 .v22 means that one reads chapter 3 up to v 22 as one reading and chapter 3 until the end as a second reading.

Essentially every single verse in this resource is an error; whole chapters and the first half of divided chapters appear to be correct.

Orthodox Bishop Hilarion Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."

Thanks we'll take a look. This is a script generated resource that pulled the references only and generated the resource from there. Updating this will require an updating of the conversion  tool.
