Suggestion: Add "New Notebook" to the "New Note" dropdown

It's hard to find the option to add a new notebook. The obvious place for it (IMO) is the dropdown next to "New Note" — and it's a bit pointless to have a dropdown that only has one option on it, which is the case at the present!

I also thought that was strange. +1 for new notebook to be added to the menu.
