I have Logos 4 Mac Alpha 20. I have a Text Comparison screen docked to a tab. It works fine on my PC, but when I click on the tab on the Mac its just a blank screen. No text at all.
I saw some other threads with some Text Comparison problems so it sounds like it should work and I'm not seeing any of those other problems.
Is this a known problem? The layout was created on my PC and just synced through to the Mac. I didn't really do anything on the Mac to make this happen.
James:
Have you tried to input any information into the Text Comparison box?
I have it linked to "A" which my ESV bible so as I scroll through it should keep pace with my reading. I have the bibles selected and in the PC, it shows me all the differences between the bible versions whenever I click that tab. I don't actually enter anything in the PC version and sort of thought it was behave the same way in the Mac version.
On the mac version, it shows 2 Kings 6:1-8:29 right now which matches my ESV Reading Plan. If I manually type it in and hit enter it doesn't do anything different for me.
Do I need to do something else?
I'm on Alpha 21 now and further down on the reading plan but I'm still seeing this problem. Should it be working?
Do you see the bible versions listed in the picker in the Text Comparison panel?
Ok this is odd. I normally have it smaller than my maximum screen size. When I clicked on the green button to maximize it so I could take a screen shot it shows up correctly. When I "shrunk" it back down with the green button it shows correctly.
When I restart it, it works correctly now.
So I'm not sure what I fixed but it seems fixed now :).
Sweet.
