The Atlas is supposed to accept either a Bible reference or a Topic entry. Knowing that I was testing with the Baptism of Jesus from Mark 1, I felt no obligation to remember the verses ... I simply choose the right pericope. Imagine my surprise when the input box offered only the part of the Bible reference I had typed and topics. I would think that I had typed a sufficient amount for it to recognize that I was entering a Bible reference and offer me pericopes, Instead it treats my input as a Biblical entity or a source of Biblical entities.

The fact that the input box is labeled "filter maps" is not particularly helpful in telling you that a Bible reference or a Bible entity is the correct input.

Hi MJ,

The Atlas Tool uses the same autocomplete as Basic Search as relates to Bible references, so it does not include pericopes.

Unfortunate but good to know. Thank you.
