Hi there

There is a focus problem when adding a note.  To repro:

1. Open Notes & a Bible next to one another in the main pane

2. Select some text from the bible, right-click and select "Add a note"

3. A new note is created but the cursor is not present in the note section to allow immediate typing.

Note: this is in contrast to carrying out step 3 when notes is not open already or Notes is open in a floating window. In both these cases the note section is immediately focused correctly.

thanks

Paul

I cannot reproduce on 8.1 beta 4, macOS 10.14.1...the cursor is present and blinking, ready for text entry.

What OS are you on?

Hi Paul,

I can reproduce this on Windows 10 (it seems to be a Windows only issue). I'll file a case.

This should be fixed in 8.2 RC 1.
