Error: Cannot Sync metadata changes

After I added resources for Jeremiah Lifeworks to 4.0d Beta 1 (on desktop) and made some related metadata changes I haven't been able to sync with 4.0c on laptop and desktop. See:-

Now the Beta won't sync:

EDIT: Now realise it is affecting other users!!

If the Beta had stopped sync'ing also there would have been a different conclusion.
