I was looking at one of the sale items, "The Lectionary Commentary: Theological Exegesis for Sunday's Text's" and saw in the Overview a comment that this "works well alongside Logo's Bible Software's Lectionary Viewer to provide greater depth of analysis.  the "Lectionary Viewer" is a hyperlink but I clicked it a window opens up and says "We're Sorry, we couldn't find that resource.

Is the "Lectionary Viewer" one of those things coming down the pipeline?  Are there actually any plans to develop this viewer?  Was it decided that there was not really enough interest in this?

As an aside it should be noted the 4th volume to that series that came out in 2009 has never been offered by Logos... Psalms for Preaching and Worship: A Lectionary Commentary.

I will likely be corrected (again), but it seems to belong to Libby (Libronix 3). I asked her about it, and she said she didn't buy that Addin.

Somebody goofed with their advertising. Both links in the Overview go nowhere. The "Lectionary Viewer" belonged to Libronix, the predecessor to Logos 4. The lectionary 'cards' you can display on the Homepage of Logos 7 and Logos 8 provide a similar functionality. I'm not sure if this product is regarded as a lectionary, though. You might want to enquire before purchasing.

Dave is right. While this bible commentary (it has this type in Logos, and rightly so, as it is indexed by bible reference) gives the lectionary texts and dates as per RCL, lets you look up respective Sundays in the ToC and treats the respective readings (green below), it is not indexed according to the RCL or any other lectionary index (and not per calendar dates either, as all type:lectionary resources currently are).

This means, it will not scroll or autoposition along with a lectionary (red below) or other lectionary commentaries in Logos. This functionality is lacking - at least in the world after a Libronix Lectionary Viewer this is a resource bug, since the resource can't fulfill the promise.

Since Faithlife will need to update the calendars of several lectionaries this year, maybe they'll put this resource up to include a RCL and YMD index.
